Adhering to the latest launch of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on July 24, the gossips have now moved to the yet-to-be confirmed release date of Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, which is awaited with a major OS upgrade.

The latest edition of Android with the launch of the Galaxy Nexus in 2011, it was Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. In 2012, the Nexus 7 introduced Android 4.1 into the Android App Development market. Later in the year, the Nexus 4 and the Nexus 7 HSPA+ launched Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. And current year, the new Nexus 7 appeared with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
